Welcome to Lovesy. These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform, services, and content. By accessing or using Lovesy, you fully agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Lovesy is a digital platform that allows users to create personalized, interactive, emotional experiences to gift someone special. The service includes: creation of personalized digital pages; upload of media (photos, videos, audio); interactive modules (messages, countdowns, polaroids, roulette, emotions, etc.); and hosting and delivery of the experience to the recipient.

We may update features, design, and functionality at any time to improve the user experience.

2. Account, Access, and User Responsibilities

By creating an account, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old; the information you provide is accurate; and you will maintain the security of your account and password.

You are fully responsible for: all content you upload (photos, videos, audio, text); ensuring you own the rights to the media you use; and not uploading illegal, offensive, discriminatory, explicit, violent, or rights-violating content. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Plans, Payments, and Renewal

Lovesy offers paid plans such as: Essential (1-day access) and Premium (1-year access). Payments are processed by external partners (e.g., Stripe).

By subscribing, you agree to: the price displayed at checkout; charges in the selected currency; and the payment processor’s refund policies. Plans with automatic renewal will be clearly identified. You may cancel renewal at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

Owned by Lovesy/UpVance: brand, visual identity, logos; source code, design, templates, modules, and features; institutional texts and promotional materials.

Owned by you: all media you upload; and messages and content you create within the platform. By using Lovesy, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the operation of the service.

5. Availability and Limitations

Lovesy is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Temporary issues may occur, including: instability; scheduled maintenance; and temporary unavailability.

We are not responsible for: losses caused by downtime; misuse of the platform; or content uploaded by users.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, following LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.

7. Cancellation and Deletion

You may request account deletion and data removal at any time by contacting: lovesy@upvance.com.br.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.
